Music lovers in Kumasi can look forward to an enjoyable time with highlife maestro, Amakye Dede as he invades the Sunset Hotel at Danyame on December 25, Christmas day for a special holiday celebration.
Dubbed the MTN Sunset Xmas Ball, the 7.00pm show will also feature Kofi Nti, Kofi B, Kontihene and Bless. It is being organised by Imajin Advertising in collaboration with Maxi Entertainment.
“The event promises to treat the people of Oseikrom to some unprecedented entertainment and authentic live music performances like never before,” said Mr Fred Kyei, Chief Operations Officer at Imajin Advertising.
Amakye Dede is already well-known in the Garden City for his
infectious highlife tracks. All his past appearances there have been
massive events and it is expected tomorrow’s show would be another big
success.
Famous for songs such as Adukro Mu Nsuo, Sufre Wo Nyame, Bebrebeyi, Broken Promise, Dabi Dabi, Odo Nfoni, Mefrewo and Iron Boy, Amakye Dede never fails to thrill when he gets onto the stage.
